Smooth cold brew concentrate
Cold brew is the laziest great coffee there is: 100g coarse coffee steeped in 1000g cold water for 16 hours, then strained. Low acidity, naturally sweet, and it keeps for a week. Dilute the concentrate to taste over ice.

Dial it in
Start at a coarse grind. Then let the cup tell you: if it runs too fast and tastes weak or sour, grind finer. If it stalls and turns harsh or bitter, grind coarser. Change one thing at a time and re-taste.
Common questions
How long does cold brew last?+
The concentrate keeps well in a sealed container in the fridge for about a week. Diluted, drink it within a couple of days.
Why is my cold brew weak or watery?+
Either the steep was too short or you diluted too much. Steep a full 16 hours at 1:10, then dilute the concentrate to taste.
