Shipping

We ship freshly roasted coffee across India, and internationally from our Dubai side. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of roasting. Delivery options and timelines are shown at checkout based on your address.

Freshness

Coffee is roasted to order in small batches and dated. For the best cup, brew within four weeks of the roast date and store the bag sealed, away from heat and light.

Returns

• Because coffee is perishable, we don’t accept returns of opened bags.
• If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace or refund it.
• Brew gear and merch can be returned unused within 14 days.
